I would like to take the time to let you know about the incredible customer service that I received from Carol at New Way Moving Services. My husband is in the Navy and was given orders to relocate to San, Diego, CA. We just received those orders last Monday asking us to be there ASAP! Well you can only imagine the amount of stress that I have been experiencing since, as we have been doing everything we can to coordinate our move from Virginia Beach. I have never done a Cross Country Move ever and it did not help the little time that we had to do it. So you can only imagine the amount of questions and concerns that I may have had when I was going to have to call Companies and people that I did not know of and one that I could entrust with transporting my vehicle.

So this past week I have been researching and had received quotes from over 20 other auto transports and received various amounts of responses for how much they charge, transit time, storage, requirements and so on. I was very lucky to have received a call and an email from Carol this past Sunday who provided me with all of the information I needed. She also took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and with an incredible amount of kindness and patience. She is one of the reasons that I decided to choose your company for our vehicle transport. She was able to educate me on how your company works as a Broker, provided solutions for my situation and the requirements to get my car to its final destination without incurring extra costs. I am not sure if you know or not but not one of the companies could match or even came close to your transport price and/or get it to my final destination without my husband and I having to pay additional fees or be inconvenienced in some other way. They also did not provide me with the high level of customer service that I had received from Carol.

I would like to express my utmost thanks and appreciation to Carol. It was so refreshing to be able to work with someone that provided me with such Superior World Class Service and was able to do so in a way that reassured me about the entire process. I wanted to let her and her superiors know that she is an exceptional employee and should be appropriately recognized for her work.
